Role Overview.
The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement. This role involves managing client communications, coordinating invoicing and billing, resolving service-related inquiries, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. The Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor who understands client needs and ensures seamless service delivery, driving long-term business success.
Duties & Responsibilities.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and contract renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Address and resolve client concerns or service issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services that align with client goals.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and support teams to align efforts with client expectations.
- Prepare regular account reports and status updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, contracts, and account details.
Job Requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, client services, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with experience in invoicing, billing processes, and contract management.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
