Business Analyst.

Role Overview.

As a Business Analyst at FiLDEV, you play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and clients to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and deliver actionable insights. This role requires sharp analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving operational efficiency through data-driven decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers and designers.
• Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and business cases to support product and project decisions.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, presentations, and requirement workshops.
• Assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and support project managers in delivering on-time, within-scope outputs.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the company’s digital initiatives.

Job Requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• High attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
