Role Overview.
The Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering successful digital solutions by leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of client and internal projects. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and a deep understanding of project lifecycles, especially within a fast-paced software and digital services environment.
Duties & Responsibilities.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for custom software, web systems, and enterprise digital solutions
- Lead planning, scoping, budgeting, and scheduling of projects
- Manage stakeholder communications, client expectations, and status reporting
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure quality standards are upheld and project documentation is complete
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies depending on project needs
- Support pre-sales efforts through technical input and timeline estimates
Job Requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience as a Project Manager in software development, digital services, or IT consulting
- Strong grasp of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
- PMP or Scrum certification is a plus
